Clements Fluids realized years ago that there are times when large quantities of fluids are required, but locations may have physical limitations or transport logistics that are not feasible. That is why we came up with a solution we refer to as “Lixating on the fly”. Essentially, we bring the plant mixing process to the location, blending the water and dry product on location throughout the entire project in concentrated amounts. From there we blend the fluid “on-the-fly” to its desired concentration and weight prior to going downhole.
Because our "only-the-fly" approach brings the blending process as close as possible to the project, fewer transports are required. This process helps both the customer and Clements Fluids both achieve their environmental, social, and governance goals.
