Derek “Mudflap” Easley, Plant Tech/Driver in Henderson, Texas has been named the Core Award winner for May 2021. Derek was nominated by his coworkers and manager for his display of the Core Values of Relationships, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence.

“Mudflap is a team player and has a great attitude at work. He always takes care of business, no matter what is asked of him. He always goes above and beyond for our customers and team. He is a dedicated member of the Clements Fluids family.”

“Derek works alone at night most times at the yard, but on his nights off, he does things like taking pizza to the guys working at night just to keep them company. He has been with Clements Fluids for quite awhile now and he is willing to do whatever it takes. He is committed to taking care of our customers on the tough night shift. He is an advocate for our customers.”
