Jay Mason, Outside Sales Rep – Henderson, has been named the Core Award winner for July 2020.

Jay is in his 16th year with Clements Fluids and is a daily example of what we are all about. Some of his coworkers said, “He works hard & goes beyond normal expectations, doing whatever it takes to serve the customer & company. He is the most honest, hard-working, and genuine person we have and he exemplifies our values daily while at work or on his own time. He is one of the longest-tenured employees we have, and I cannot think of a better recipient of this award. He shows integrity every day with the way he treats people. He is trustworthy and honest. He is great at sales and always provides excellent customer service. I appreciate what he means to the company.”

The Core Award is given monthly to the employee who best displays our Core Values (Integrity, Excellence, Relationships, Safety) and our Mission, which is “to empower our families and customers to succeed, through intentional relationships and quality service.”

The Core Award is truly an “employee-driven” award, as each nominee is nominated by their coworkers.
