CEO Message – Jesus Calls Us to Love Our Neighbors

June 2, 2020

We are saddened by the events taking place in our country at this time. The killing of George Floyd was another tragic event, igniting anger and frustration over the treatment of African-Americans in our country.

As a company, we believe that everyone is created equal. God has given each of us unique talents, skills and personalities. We celebrate those differences and firmly and actively stand against any discrimination because of skin color, race, national origin, gender, economic background or beliefs.

In Mark 12, Jesus reminds us of the greatest commandment, which is to “love the Lord God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” Jesus says the second greatest commandment is to “love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these”.

We ask that each of you take this time to pray. Pray for our country. Pray for our brothers and sisters who are discriminated against. Pray for our leaders, both locally and nationally and pray for our country’s police.

We will continue to pray for each of you and your families and celebrate the differences given to us by God.

In Love,

Megan Tarrant, Clements Fluids CEO
