Cedric Harper has been named this month’s Core Award winner. Cedric was nominated by his manager and coworkers for his display of the Clements Fluids’ Core Values of Relationships, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence.

“Ced takes the extra time to make sure everything he does is perfect. His work ethic and knowledge is a great example of how a Clements’ employee should be! He always goes out of his way to make sure he is teaching the “Clements Way” of doing things. He has pride in all that he does and will always go out of his way to teach someone else.”

The Core Award is given monthly to the employee who best displays our Core Values (Relationships, Integrity, Commitment, Excellence) and our Mission, which is “to empower our families and customers to succeed, through intentional relationships and exceptional service.” The Core Award is truly an “employee-driven” award, as each nominee is nominated by their managers and coworkers.
