Clements Fluids was founded by Mike and Donna Clements in 1985 in Henderson, TX.

Mike began his career in the oil field, working with workover and completion fluids, then later moved to corporate sales. Donna had a career in real estate and used her gifts to work relentlessly side-by-side with Mike, to build a humble foundation that would later become a legacy for their daughters. Their leadership, generosity, and commitment to excellence laid the foundation, and as the company grew, established Clements Fluids as a trusted advisor in the industry. 

In 2007, their oldest daughter, Megan and her husband, Chase Tarrant, joined the company. Following in the footsteps of Mike and Donna, Chase and Megan worked together growing and developing a passion for Clements Fluids. In 2019, Megan saw an opportunity to build on top of the legacy her father, Mike had built, by taking the reins of the company and becoming the second-generation CEO. Megan has cast a vision for the organization that strives to unearth the the potential in every person and every well that we encounter. 

Now the owners of Clements Fluids, Megan and Chase  continue to lead the company together, equipping the team to reach their limitless potential.
