At Clements Fluids our values are a signpost to accomplishing our vision and mission. We are happy to share that Bryan Saenz is our Quarterly Impact Spotlight for Q1. Bryan received the most Team Impact Nominations from his coworkers for living out our values each day! “Bryan’s role is vital to the overall success of Clements Fluids. He attacks each day with intensity and purpose.” Bryan demonstrates excellence through his actions, and he genuinely cares about what he does! One coworker shared that, “[He] shows up with a desire to be his best everyday. While he has been working with the CER’s, our sales orders and revenue recognition are the best that they have been for more than a year.” Bryan never fails to go the extra mile and never does the bare minimum! He far exceeds the expectations of our customers and team!
Bryan’s Coworkers have shared his commitment to helping everyone succeed! “Recently, we have had several candidates apply for positions that are Spanish speaking only. Currently, no one in the Recruitment Office speaks Spanish, and Bryan has gone out of his way to facilitate conversations with potential employees by translating our questions and their answers. This help has allowed us to continue to hire great people!” Bryan always sees others’ problems as his own and takes pride in his work at Clements Fluids! We are grateful for Bryan and his commitment to excellence is each and every task he takes on, and we can’t wait to see how he will help us continue to impact each well and each person we encounter!
